Body-Psychotherapy. The process of holding space for deep self-examination of your emotional and behavioral states while being guided to tune in with your body’s responses to your situation. This treatment is a mindfulness process that incorporates Shiatsu, Myofacial Release and Kinnetic Konnection Bridging(Body), talk therapy Existential/REBT/Reality(Mind) and the energy techniques of the Five Elements(Spirit) to allow for symptom release and healing.
